Book Description
The Tarot of Transformation deals with life’s possibilities, hardships, and challenges in a way that encourages creativity, wisdom, and maturity.
For centuries, people have been using — and adapting — the 78 cards of the tarot to point the way in their lives. Now from psychologist, Cori, and artist, Arlenea, comes a brand new deck, not so much for telling what will be, but for helping us focus on what can be. While gently counseling readers to accept what is, The Tarot of Transformation encourages readers to get in touch with their own creativity and passion. This new interpretation, steeped in tradition but vibrating with contemporary appeal, offers new possibilities for guidance and change.
Arlenea and Cori have rendered the system of archetypes in the major arcana anew for our times — the traditional Emperor becomes the Green Man, which presents male authority not as ruler, but as an intimate, natural fathering role. The Empress is Earth Mother. The usually male Hierophant becomes a group of spiritual teachers. The Tarot of Transformation speaks to this age and its challenges. With brilliant colors and powerfully evocative symbols, Arlenea’s images are modern, cross-cultural, and visionary.
In the accompanying book, Cori draws from an eclectic blend of spiritual traditions including Buddhism, Hinduism, Vipassana meditation, and Karma Yoga, as well as psychotherapeutic approaches, such as Gestalt, Bioenergetics, and the Hakomi Method to describe the meaning of each card.

Dreamt I was in a primary classroom. There were lots of strange beings sitting there. I was looking through the window and there was a big chesnut tree in the courtyard. The teacher called me on the platform. I went and asked me lots of questions. I replied to a question trying to describe something. Lacking words, I exclaimed “it would be like a tiger in the cage!”, and then, everybody burst into laughter, all laughed hysterically! It was contagious, I laughed too without knowing why, and woke up laughing. (my companion, the same night, dreamt of a tiger in a cage).
I dreamt I had a male mouse and he was in his cage but I was letting him wander in the house as often as it pleased him, his door remaining opened at all time. The mouse was speaking to me and I was replying, we were like the best friends in the world and he was for me a sort of guardian. Then, I was in a fantastic city, a fairy tale city and there was an army of daimons entering the city. We had to stop them because they were far too turbulent, and they had declared war, they were very hostile. On the bridge, my mouse stood facing them, walking towards them, fearless, a smile on his lips. My mouse had transformed into an handsome Hindu prince. I shouted “Stop! You’re going to be slaughtered!” and the army looked at me and said “He doesn’t understand this language, find something else to stop him”. So then I shouted “I love you! I love you!” and my voice seemed to carry very far until the edge of the universe. The prince stopped and looked at me, smiling. The army too was smiling, because I had found the right words… Traduction ici
Alors je lui criai “I love you! 🙂
Dreamt that I was in the shower with a Giantess. She was of a Nordic type, very beautiful and imposing. We showered together and from the corner of my eye, I admired her beauty. After turning the tap off and as we were ready to get out, she said to me “Wait, I haven’t seen you yet, let me look at you. I am so imposing and you are so small that you must climb on this ledge so that I can see you entirely”. A bit intimidated, I climb on the ledge and she says to me “So beautiful you are!”. And then I become very proud of my nudity.
