This painting represents for me the overwhelming experience of being in love, the sweet longing and the aching ecstasy. This witch knows exactly how to make a love potion (for herself of course) and how to maintain the right heat.

Cette peinture représente pour moi l’expérience bouleversante de tomber amoureux, la douce langueur et douloureuse extase. La sorcière sait exactement comment faire une potion d’amour (pour elle-même bien-sûr) et comment maintenir la chaleur au bon degré.
