After a few attempts at painting a little scene on a round piece of watercolour paper, I must accept the magic is missing. The cutout and collage technique is the only way for me. I will take a break and concentrate on the digital painting which I keep neglecting, I’m not sure why… perhaps, I get distracted by the sight of all my colored pencils, pens, inks, etc, on my working table, it is indeed a very attractive sight…
I ordered a few basic tools for quilling, I would like to incorporate a bit of this technique into my dioramas.
It’s a bit too hot these days and hot flashes are a torture. I need to relax properly in my free time and slow down the crafting which I’ve been doing like a maniac.
Today, on my secret beach. I could have bathed entirely but I just couldn’t let the girls off leash because of the sea eagles. Still, it was delightful.
