Welcome to my Inner World. I am a French self-taught artist, and these past twenty five years I have made Norway my home. Moving to the Lofoten islands was the greatest present I ever made to myself and the Arctic landscapes are indeed a true treat for any artist’s eyes. I live with my British soulmate, my sweet Papillon girls, Lucy and Pixie and the spirit of my border collie, Loki. My creativity is a tribute to the eyes that blink in the heart of every smallest thing, the flowing dreams whose pulse tries to reach to us in our most meditative state.

A Bewitching Broomstick

It’s a cold and dreary world outside, where nearly all the baddies get away, but the right company is something priceless. The right company will get us through anything. Companionship is what we all long for. Even when all alone, companionship tries to bring us back to itself, be it by the presence of a book or clouds in the evening sky. Companionship is our natural state. To think otherwise is perhaps what leads to despair and madness. Together is the most magical word.

The heavy and turbulent water was like a terrifying beast, But even more unnerving were the unfathomable depths, At any moment, this dark infinite world could engulf me, swallow me whole And I would be lost forever. But this is not what happened. In my soul, I surrendered to the wild beast and it was sublime. There was no greater power, and yet, it didn’t crush me. There was nothing to fear.

Priestess Of The Otherworld

We ran up the stairs to the attic of a house where the gate to the Otherworld was. We were pursued, but it was fun and exciting. And the possibility of escaping to the Otherword was just… fantastic! We easily entered this Otherword and our pursuers could never find us.

I drove towards a steep slope. People around couldn’t understand why I took the risk but nevertheless, I took the leap of faith and sped up along the slope. I was working some magic with all my might, and then the car took off, a bit timidly at first but soon I was flying.

Wheel of Fortune

I dreamed money… was falling from the sky, ha!ha!ha! It was night and I was standing on a balcony looking at a sort of wheel made of chiming bells which was revolving in the sky. From it came thousands of brown envelopes (with a transparent window) and one of them landed on my balcony. I just couldn’t believe it, there was money in it, perhaps 50 euros. Money doesn’t usually fall from the sky but if you bother going to the right place, at the right moment, the wheel of fortune will provide a little help. The card I was going to work on today is the Bell, by the way.

An Encounter with Soul

The girl said “let me show you something very special and rare”. She pointed at a vein of soil, it was darker than the other soils. She said “this one is very rich. It is compact, full of possibilities, highly concentrated in nutrients, all kind of things grow in it, but also very unusual things. But you can’t tame it into a garden, it’s totally wild, it goes where it pleases. Running across the world. Free”.

Midnight Sweet Horror

I dreamed I was in a big manor and it was night. It was also haunted and at midnight came a procession of creepy tricks orchestrated by the unconscious, a masterpiece of eerie horror and the supernatural. It was indeed scary but I was able to appreciate the genius behind it. Also, I knew that supernatural horror was a prelude to something else, something enchanting. And then came Loki. I was totally overwhelmed. I kneeled and talked to him “please, let it be real, please…”, I stretched out my arm towards him, hoping for the touch I longed for. And there I was, hugging him, my hands on his fur. I was so happy, so grateful for this wonderful moment. I even carried him a moment after that. And then we went to look for Lucy, I was so afraid I wouldn’t find her but there she was in the manor. I was surrounded by my two precious ones.

Ambassador of the Goblins

I dreamed I was in a room and through the floor there were some demons dragging the damned down to the Underworld. At one point, I couldn’t stand it anylonger and I challenged the demons by talking to the damned. I asked them “Why do you go down with the demons when you could go with the goblins, they too live down there and they are servants of the Soul, they will take care of your soul, they will even give you a new one. “. The flow of the damned started to go and search for the goblins and the demons were not too happy about that. Later in the dream, as the community was in better hands, I went to the Underworld to give a conference about goblins and the good they do to one’s soul.

Haunted? Enchanted!

dreamed I worked as the warden of a huge manor in my area (as a matter of fact, there aren’t any in reality). The family was gone for 10 days or so and I had to live there, on the ground floor. It was beautifully furnished with antics. I experienced some paranormal activity during my stay, but on the last day, I was woken up by invisible forces trying to pull me out of bed. I struggled but in vain, and ended on the floor. And there, strangely enough, instead of freaking out, I started laughing. I said “ok, people, I hear you”. I got up and went to open the curtains to let the light in, knowing full well it would dissipate the “shades”. I pulled the curtain and was splashed with a beautiful early sunlight. Then I realised this was what “they” had wanted me to do.
